I had fallen down on my right shoulder with my arm extended. I made an appointment with ease to see Dr. Mysore Shivaram. Dr. Shivaram was accurate in the diagnosis of my shoulder: I had over a one inch tear in my rotator cuff and would need surgery. During my time of recovery and prior to getting back to work full time, Dr. Shivaram answered all of my questions and put me at ease. He also referred me to a professional physical therapy clinic called Pro Care. Dr. Shivaram displayed courtesy and professionalism. His staff was also caring and professional. I recommend Dr. Shivaram and am very happy with my outcome.
